Selling a house, especially long distance, is neither simple nor without last minute, buyer-dependent drama that requires experience and a lot of behind the scenes work to get everything done right and on time. When researching websites for the best realty in the area to represent us, I reviewed about a dozen realtors and weighed experience, backgrounds, and selling records for houses in that price range, in that area. RMC was clearly at the top of the list and our experience with Magia George proves it pays to do your homework.
Not only was she on time, professional, and fully prepared with all of the necessary paperwork at our first meeting, she was friendly, down-to-earth, and warm. In no time we were done and walked out feeling as if we'd just made a friend.
It took Magia less than a week to sell the house for more than list price, and we closed three weeks later. Throughout the process, Magia kept us informed of every event, made many last minute arrangements to accommodate a nervous buyer, and managed to keep a sense of humor.
